Grate bars, grates and baskets for incinerators and heat treatment industry
Besides scraper chains for the transport of fly ash and bottom ash Wegusta Holland B.V. als supplies incineration plants with the so called grate bars.
Grate bars can be deliverd in several qualities depending on the thermal, mechanical load and wear conditions.
Some popular cast steel alloys used for grate bars and their properties:
• Werkstoff 1.4777 - wear resistance
• Werkstoff 1.4823 - mechanical load and high temperature
• Werkstoff 1.4837 - heavy mechanical load and high temperature
• Werkstoff 1.4848 - very high temperature
