SC - WearElast    

SC-WearElast is a sprayable, solvent-free two-component elastomere (two-component sysnthetic), which offers excellent properties for the protection of plant components against wear, corrosion and caking.

The application by spraying allows coatings that are free from joints, and linings of even complicated geometry. The layer thickness can be individually adapted to best suit the prevailing service conditions.

SC-WearElast, using special primers, adheres on practically all solid and porous surfaces
and therefore offers wear and corrosion protection in one coating. Depending on the choice
of type, a temperature resistance of 200°C and more can be achieved.

Thanks to its unique property profile, SC-WearElast plays an outstanding role among the innovative coating materials and allows to offer solutions that did sofar not exist in this form.
