Employee Back Office

Wegusta Holland B.V. is a specialist in supplying wear resistant parts for industrial plants and constructions. Since 1967, customers know to find us for fast and professional advice. For this purpose we maintain intensive contacts with a fixed group of specialized producers at home and abroad. The extensive experience, combined with a compact team of 9 own employees, assures the customer of a reliable and personal partner with fast and competent service.
Due to expansion we are looking for an employee back office, to be filled in for 16 to 32 hours.

FUNCTION:
You will work with 6 colleagues in the back office which is divided into front and back office. You will work in the back office where you and 3 colleagues are the hub of our company. This function runs like a thread through the company and is a challenging job.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

execute correct order processing, both sales and purchasing, from “a to z” in an ERP system;
delivery time monitoring both purchasing and sales;
Keeping ERP system up to date;
provide administrative support to the field service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MBO/HBO working and thinking level;
service-oriented towards customers and colleagues, communicative attitude;
enthusiastic and flexible work attitude;
ability to prioritize the work at hand;
solution-oriented, able to switch quickly, eager to learn, thinking along with others;
good command of the Dutch and English languages;
knowledge of Windows and experience in an ERP package.
